Expomed 2020 Cancelled Due to Corona

Monib-Health Group announces its withdrawal from the ExpoMED Eurasia 2020 trade fair for medical and laboratory technologies, to be held from March 19 to 21, in Istanbul, Turkey. Because of the alarming state of the outbreak in countries and medical community advice to avoid traveling, Monib has decided to withdraw attendance in this trade fair. Monib was supposed to represent our country and showcase the latest technologies and achievements in the field of medical devices, and orthopedic implants.

With more than 910 companies from 44 countries taking part in this exhibition, ExpoMED Eurasia 2020 was a great opportunity for Monib to introduce its latest technologies to its peers and costumers while initiating cooperation with European and Asian companies. Given the importance of the health of the participants of the fair and Monib’s members, and the situation present in the region, Monib concluded to cancel its attendance at the fair.

It is also important to note that whether the fair itself will be held on this date is still unclear and the final decision lies with the Government of Turkey.
